Are you a community-minded individual who would like to make a real difference to vulnerable people within the local area?
We are looking for a flexible, motivated and considerate person to deliver hot meals using a Nissan v200 van in the borough of Woking.
Shift patterns will be offered on an ad-hoc basis, for the purposes of maintaining service delivery during busy periods or staff absence. Please note that shifts may cover weekdays, weekends and bank holidays and will generally be offered between the times of 9:00am and 2.00pm. If there are specific days or times that you are not available, please make this clear in your application.
Hours worked will be claimed on a timesheet and paid on the following basis: £9.00 per hour (weekday) and £13.37 per hour (weekend and Bank Holiday) plus a flexible benefit allowance.
Full training will be given, however a full, valid driving licence is essential for this role.

Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) Check
As this job involves contact with vulnerable groups including children, successful applicants will be required to obtain an Enhanced Disclosure Certificate from the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS). Assistance will be given by the Council and further details will be in the job application pack.
