Grounds Maintenance Mechanic

This is an excellent opportunity for one enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our dynamic Grounds Maintenance Team.

You will be responsible for organising and carrying out the mechanical maintenance/ Health and safety activities, ensuring all planned and reactive servicing is carried out in accordance to the schedules.

 

You will also be responsible for managing daily inspections, compliance of staff and grounds maintenance equipment, reporting and rectifications of faults to reduce breakdowns

You will be an ambassador for the borough, liaising with key stakeholders on a variety of issues. While working in the borough, you will gain excellent local knowledge and responsibilities will include staff supervision.

You will have a high degree of customer contact on all levels and possess excellent customer care and communication skills,

You will be required to have a wide range of knowledge in repairing grounds maintenance equipment,
