The Access to Education Service provides individual and small group teaching to pupils who are out of school. We provide education for pupils aged 5-16, many of whom have medical, complex SEN needs and/or challenging behaviour. The teaching may take place in the pupils' home or in a variety of settings within South East Surrey. We are currently recruiting an experienced and creative primary or secondary teacher.

We are looking for a Teacher who can deliver a personalised education programme to pupils referred to Access to Education in South East Surrey who:

If you are a qualified teacher with experience of working with vulnerable children / young people and have excellent IT skills (preferably with knowledge and experience of using a Virtual Learning Environment) we would welcome your application. Experience of teaching a range of complex SEN is essential. Current pupil needs include: SEMH, ASD, ADHD, LD, SLD, MLD, SpLD. It would also be beneficial to have experience of working with children with medical needs.

Successful candidates will be expected to travel extensively around the SE area, including Tandridge, Mole Valley and Reigate and Banstead. You must therefore have a full driving licence and the use of a car. The SE office is based in Redhill.
