As part of this year’s Winter Preparedness an opportunity has come up for two new secondment/fixed term posts to support the Farnham Area.
1 x Reablement Team Leader (£21,593 to £23,834)
1 x Integrated Reablement Worker (£27,641 to £30,510)
The posts are initially for 6 months but can be extended for a full year depending on the success of the roles.
The team leader post will be responsible for supporting the caseload and triaging of all cases needing reablement support within the Farnham Area. The post holder will be expected to work part of their hours on a rolling weekend rota supporting the wider Surrey Heath Area Reablement Service and will work closely with the Guildford & Waverley Area Reablement Team to co-ordinate staff rota’s.
The IRW role will support not only the in-house reablement staff but will assist in supporting and setting up skills gain programmes with our Collaborative Reablement Domiciliary Care Partners.
