Woking Borough Council is recruiting its first Integrated Health Manager within the Community Services function in the Health and Wellbeing team.

Applications are welcomed from experienced managers who have skills and expertise working within the local authority, health or social care setting, delivering strategies, developing partnership working, and championing innovative projects at senior level. You must have the confidence to lead on the Health and Wellbeing Strategy for Woking.
The Integrated Health Manager will work closely with colleagues within the Borough, NW Surrey CCG and the County to deliver joined-up services that meet the needs of local residents, considering the wider determinants of health and the local Woking demographic.
