This interesting six-month contract will see you partner the organisation to understand business needs and advise on people initiatives to support the delivery of our business objectives. It will also involve working to deliver cultural and structural change management initiatives that have been tailored for the needs of the business as well as supporting and managing the HR team on a day to day basis with a wide range of issues.
Already an accomplished HR professional, you have what it takes to quickly build positive working relationships, offer strategic insight and coach and challenge others when appropriate. Previous experience of partnering leadership teams to deliver organisational change is important too, as is proficiency using Microsoft Office applications and MS teams as part of your daily way of working.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR generalist to make a real difference and you will be responsible for supporting and enabling managers to respond to ever changing needs and provide integrated advice on HR and OD issues as varied as organisational change, culture, resourcing, performance management and employee relations.
Working in partnership with senior managers, you will focus on key objectives by prioritising customer demands and solving operational problems. You will actively seek ways of supporting the strategic priorities of the different service areas and forge strong relationships at all levels, internally and with partners.
CIPD qualified to Level 7 or equivalent demonstrable experience you will have line management experience and/or proven experience of coaching others for results. Alongside wide-ranging and up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation you will bring to the role proven experience of providing professional, expert advice and guidance on all HR and OD issues. Highly skilled in providing business focused solutions, your track record ideally includes change management, partnership working and organisational development. An excellent communicator, you will be adept at collaborative working and coaching managers in order to drive organisational efficiency and improve service delivery to our customers.
