Woking Borough Council’s Environmental Health Service is looking for a full time Senior Business Support Officer to work within our professional team.
The post-holder will help support a full range of Environmental Health (EH) regulatory functions including; giving advice to members of the public over the telephone or in person, updating our databases, dealing with street trading, charitable collection and goods vehicle operator licence applications and supporting the service with regard to procurement and invoicing.
The successful candidate will need to be motivated by achieving high quality customer-focused service delivery and supporting a busy team. Excellent communication and IT skills are essential and you'll need to be a confident, organised, flexible and positive team player, with a practical common sense approach to the job. Experience in dealing with members of the public and administrative work is preferred.
