The starting salary for this role is £24,080 per annum (pro rata to £27,991 FTE), working 36 hours per week, 39 weeks per year.
Core working hours include a 07:30 start to ensure full cover is provided to operational teams and for front-line absence reporting.
Twelve15 is a trading department of Surrey County Council, delivering traded services in education and other settings. For over 70 years our service has been providing healthy, nutritious, and well-balanced meals to pupils, students and adults as well as offering a specialist service maintaining gym, sports, and design technology equipment. Our newly redesigned workforce is integral to achieving our aims and ambitions for the future. As such, we have a new opening for two Customer Operations Agile Workforce Officers to help complete our Operations Team. Reporting to the Customer Operations Agile Workforce Team Leader you will support the Twelve15 Leadership Team delivering a first-class customer experience.
One of the main responsibilities of this role will be to use insights to ensure the delivery of continuous customer service improvement through innovative and flexible workforce solutions. You will also work with the Commercial and Operations team to ensure the agility, progressiveness, and flexibility of workforce resources to align with business development planning.
Your ability to demonstrate our Vision and Mission and work within a ‘one team’ culture is crucial to our success. Working with a high level of independence and initiative to manage the portfolio of projects is crucial including the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders to aid in the delivery of these initiatives is also key.
To be shortlisted to interview for this position your application will clearly evidence:
- Experience of effective decision-making with accountability for decisions made
- A track record of building successful relationships at all levels of an organisation with excellent influencing skills
- Excellent customer service skills and confident with both written and verbal communication
- Evidence of playing an active role in the delivery of continuous customer service improvement through innovative and flexible workforce solutions
- Experience and understanding of working to deadlines and of using judgement to establish priorities and levels of urgency when supporting strategic planning
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Teams
