This is an exciting time for HR Analysis and Projects at Waverley Borough Council as we are involved in using evidence-based analysis to improve our employee experience and to effect organisational change.

Do you have a degree or equivalent experience involving research and analytics?

You will have excellent IT skills particularly in being able to download and analyse data, producing clear and accessible reports with commentary that give real meaning and insight, together with forming clear recommendations.

You will be a confident communicator, able to present your findings clearly across all levels of the organisation, using graphs and text to aid understanding.

You will be proactive and creative, managing HR projects and systems with a particular interest in process improvement.

This post is a full-time role for 37 hours a week, however we would welcome applications from those who would prefer to work part time or flexibly.

This is a hybrid role. You will work a combination of home and office working throughout the week. This will be discussed in interview.
