The Surrey Family Support Programme is an innovative multi-agency project that supports the successful co-ordination of local statutory and voluntary services to work in partnership with families with complex and multiple needs.
We are looking to recruit a Community Engagement and Liaison Officer to work alongside our Resettlement Team. This role is a fixed term 1 year contract to work within the Family Support Team, planning and engaging with local communities to offer community support to individuals and families who come to live within our area as part of various Resettlement Schemes. This post will work with communities in the Surrey Heath Borough
It is expected that the Engagement and Liaison Officer will participate in an intensive induction training programme to assist them in the role as well as regular case and clinical supervision on taking up the post. This is an excellent opportunity for professional development.
