We are currently looking for a Mobile Catering Manager to assist in schools in the Merstham/Redhill area. The starting salary for this role is £18,823 per annum for working 35 hours per week, 40 weeks per year. Though this role is term time only, you will be paid a salary every month including the school holidays.

This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and experienced Catering Manager to lead the provision of catering services across a small geographical cluster of schools in the Merstham/Redhill area. As an excellent communicator, you will develop the catering services in each of the schools and liaise with pupils, parents, and school staff to achieve this. As a flexible and forward-thinking individual, you will oversee the operational activity on a day-to-day basis and be hands on in supporting the catering teams across all sites. A need to mobilise between the sites will be an essential requirement of this role.
Team Twelve15 colleagues are team players who work as one team, putting their passion and dedication into preparing and serving exciting, innovative, and tasty food to help and encourage children to develop an interest to taste and enjoy freshly cooked and healthy food.
This is a creative, craft based, practical role, inspiring the teams to produce an outstanding menu using fresh ingredients and therefore strong craft and kitchen management/supervision skills are necessary. In addition to using your flair and passion to create great dishes, you will also lead in ensuring quality and brand standards are met across all sites, supporting and developing the teams and working with the Operations Team leader to engage with school clients.
