The starting salary for this role is £26,080 per annum for working 36 hours per week. This role is initially offered on a 6-month fixed term contract but may be extended subject to business need.
The role is based at Woodhatch Place, 11 Cockshot Hill, Woodhatch, Reigate, RH2 8EF but is open to remote working.
We are looking for a full time administrator to work in this varied and interesting role supporting the recruitment of staff to our children's residential homes.
After a restructure of our children's residential homes we now need to recruit staff to ensure the children and young people looked after receive the best quality care and support.
As a Senior Team Administrator, you will be responsible for reviewing CVs, shortlisting candidates, arranging interviews, and dealing with the enquiries and administration surrounding the process. You will need to call candidates to check details on their applications as well as liaise with managers and report on progress.
You will therefore need to be a confident communicator, highly organised, willing to take responsibility and use initiative, and comfortable in setting your own priorities and meeting deadlines. You will make sure that everything is in place to guarantee that all runs smoothly for the processes and people you support.
Excellent interpersonal skills are essential along with a high level of written and verbal communication skills. You will have experience of working with highly confidential information in a customer focused environment and the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.

- A solid background in administration
- Experience of working in a busy office environment
- Experience of managing workflow and/or leading more junior staff
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- That you are confident, organised and able to implement a proactive approach to your work
- Excellent IT skills and proficiency in using Microsoft Office.
