Tutor - Work Based Learning
Based at Waverley Training Services, Farnham Memorial Hall.
Full time (37 hours) or part time (30 hours) post available.
Salary range: £27,982 - £30,349 FTE (if you have a teaching qualification at level 4 or above) OR £25,101 – £27,183 FTE (if you do not have a teaching qualification at level 4 or above).

We are looking for a Tutor who can primarily deliver Apprenticeships in Management/Teaching Assistant/ Business Administration from Level 2 – 5, and Accountancy (AAT) levels 2-4.
The role is teaching and assessing learners who are based at employer sites within Surrey, Hampshire, and surrounding areas. The role is full time although part time applications will be considered. Apprenticeship Standards may include Functional Skills in maths and English. Teaching sessions will be on a one-to-one basis as well as delivering to groups. We use Teams or Zoom to conduct remote lessons.
We are looking for tutors who have had relevant workplace experience within Management and Teaching and are occupationally competent to deliver Level 3, 4 and Level 5 qualifications. It is essential to have a good working knowledge of IT (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint etc.). You must have a car insured for business use.
Within the probationary period you will need to achieve the TAQA assessors award and take Functional Skills in English and maths at level 2 (unless previously achieved).
