We are looking for a Service Desk Team Leader to join our Digital Services Team based at the Civic Centre in the heart of Addlestone’s regenerated town centre. Here you will lead a team committed to driving improvement through innovative ideas using the latest technology and supporting staff to access council software services. As the Service Desk Team Leader, your team will act as first point of contact for most customers and as such, become an ambassador for the Digital Services Team, demonstrating the passion for innovation that has made Runnymede successful.
You will be working in a fast- paced and demanding environment, so it is important that you are well organised and resilient; can remain calm, focussed, and professional at all times. You must have some experience in managing an IT Service Desk function as well using a variety of software packages including Windows 10 and Microsoft Office 365 Apps.
