Full Time, 24 month, fixed term contract
Salary Range: Grade 6, £31,271 - £33,369
This role is predominantly based in the Jobs and Skills Hub based in Staines Upon Thames. Some outreach work across Spelthorne will also be required as needed.
Working at the Jobs and Skills Hub in Staines Upon Thames, this role supports the residents of Spelthorne into employment, training and education.
The post holder will be responsible for building relationships, increasing confidence and unleashing aspirations of residents of Spelthorne who are not in work, education or training.
As Supervisor of the Jobs and Skills Hub team you will be responsible for the quality of the delivery of the delivery including; providing Education Training and Employment learning and development support to residents through individual and group-based training programmes, workshops as well as providing in-work support and coaching to provide motivation, confidence building, employability related skills and education to help people access and benefit from employment, training, and education opportunities. You will be confident in communicating with stakeholders and partners and ensure the quality of delivery is in line with KPI’s.
