Woking Borough Council is looking to recruit a highly motivated and professional Administrator to join our Housing Assets team, working within the voids team and providing adhoc support to the Housing compliance team. This role will be working primarily as part of the voids team and when required providing administrative support to the Compliance team.

The post holder will be responsible for maintaining the void and compliance records, certification for all statutory and regulatory requirements, updating system records, liaising with contractors, and monitoring workflow systems.

To be shortlisted to interview for this position your application will need to clearly evidence:

  • Significant administration experience
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Experience of database maintenance
  • Confidence in working with partners and other key stakeholders, both technical specialist and non-specialists, internally and externally
  • Willingness to undertake void inspections and produce void specifications with training provided by the Voids Project Manager.
  • Experience of producing reports
