Senior Housing Solutions Officer (12 Month FTC Maternity Cover)
About the role
This an opportunity for current or aspiring team leaders in which the successful candidate will be a key member of our statutory prevention and relief housing service for anyone who is at risk of becoming homeless, or who is homeless.
This work will involve providing housing solutions advice and support to individuals to help them sustain their existing accommodation. You will have the opportunity to lead or participate in portfolio lead projects and would be expected to provide indirect supervision to the Housing Solutions Officers in absence of the Housing Solutions Manager.
About you
We are looking for a capable and ambitious individual to provide leadership to the housing solutions officers providing advice and guidance to the team and excellent customer service to our residents.
We are looking for exceptional candidates with a range of skills including knowledge of the Housing Act 1996 (as amended) and be a team player who is articulate, organised, and able to work well under pressure delivering first class housing solutions services.

This post is offered on a 12 month fixed term maternity cover.
