You will need to be organized and have good verbal and written communication skills.  An understanding of the needs of older people, who are the main beneficiaries of the service as well as other possible groups of service users is essential.  You will also need to be experienced in working with a range of interested parties including customers’ next of kin, social care and health professionals and staff from other departments within the Council.

As part of the role, together with colleagues you will be required to form part of the out-of-hour Rota, providing support to equipment failure and faults.
