Human Resources Analyst and Systems Officer (part time)

 Salary range:  £27,300 to £33,197 per annum (based on 28.8 hours per week), dependent upon experience. 

The working pattern is anticipated to be over 4-5 days per week and the post can be worked flexibly on a hybrid basis to include home working.

We are looking for a Human Resources Analyst and Systems Officer to join our friendly Human Resources (HR) and Payroll team.  Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the joint HR and Payroll system (iTrent), along with the provision of all HR management information. 

This is an ideal role for someone wishing to progress their career in HR Information Systems with opportunities to develop their skills as we continue to look at using the technology available to us to improve and enhance the service we provide to our colleagues.

The ability to innovate and problem solve technical issues is essential together with building and maintaining effective working relationships within a diverse range of services.

You will possess good communication skills and will work closely with HR and ICT colleagues and provide training and support to all levels of staff in the organisation. You will be able to work independently and proactively champion the further development of HR systems.
