We are currently looking for a flexible team player to join our committed and friendly team who deliver transport; meals at home and community alarm to the frail, elderly and disabled residents within the borough.
This role involves driving, small DIY jobs, collecting payments and completing appropriate paperwork. A clean driving licence and D1 Classification or PSV are desirable, but not essential as training will be provided if necessary. You will be required to undertake MiDAS training.
You will need to have excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrate sensitivity to the needs of our older clients. You will also need basic literacy and numeracy skills, and you must be able to lift safely. You must be able to demonstrate the ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team, and possess a "can do" attitude and a commitment to customer service.
